To all my friends and followers – I truly appreciate all of your support and the time you’ve invested in reading my blog.  Every time one of you has commented, facebook liked, asked me questions, or anything else about my stories I am excited and humbled that you care.  I love that my stories have entertained you, and I’m thankful to God that apparently (according to readers) He gave me the gift of writing.  There is so much more to tell, and I believe wholeheartedly that God has laid it on my heart to turn it all into a book.  Therefore, the blog as you know it is being discontinued.  I will keep it up and occasionally write present-day stories (with horses, there’s always something interesting going on), but my main focus is now on getting this all into a book form so you can hold it in your hand (or on your Kindle) one day and read it.  You will be able to tell people – I read this when Sarah first posted it on her blog! 🙂

So you’re not completely left hanging – Gideon survived the broken leg fiasco and is a huge part of my life story.

I’m not sure if this book project will take me 6 months, 6 years, or 16 years, but I will keep all of you updated.  I’ve never done this sort of thing before, and I have a friend guiding me, but I’m always open to suggestions, guidance, and connections.

I will finally start back riding after having a baby soon and I’m sure there will be new stories to tell.  Have a happy summer, and stay tuned!

Soli deo Gloria,

Sarah
